Consultation fees will depend on the length and complexity of the consult, phone consults will incur the same gap payment charge. Medical consumables associated with the treatment provided will attract a separate fee. All outstanding accounts are to be settled at the time of consultation. For all other appointment types please confirm pricing with reception staff.

You will need to present your Medicare card at each visit.

Some services provided by St Clair Medical Centre may not attract a Medicare rebate, such as:
Employment Medicals and Reports. So that we can advise you of the fees that may apply, please discuss your requirements with your
doctor or our front reception staff.

Lost Forms
Your referral letters, prescriptions and pathology request forms are important documents. Only your GP is able to print and authorise the release of these forms, this can take time and cannot always be done immediately.

If your referring Doctor is on leave and a reprint is urgently required, another doctor will need to review your file, determine him/herself the appropriateness of the request.

If approved a fee of $15.00 will be charged for the replacement of a lost script, pathology form, imaging form or referrals.

Fees for unattended appointments will be charged as follows
$15.00 fee for a standard appointment (Not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled standard appointment time)

Care Plan and Care Plan review appointments Bulk Billed ($20 private fee if not cancelled within 24 hours prior to the appointment).
